for Venezuela Soccer Field- 2011 NOVEMBER 2010 DOC
Sports Surface Contractors is selected to install a custom design soccer field in Venezuela with FIELDLOCK® the patented
field reinforcement system. After an exhausting
6 month process of evaluating turf companies from around the world, the private Venezuelan school selected DOC for their expertise
in roof top turf installations and track record for quality. The installation of the soccer field on the roof of the new edition
to the school is very complex and the school needed a partner with a track record for focusing on project details.
The school looked a several international brands, but determined that many of the larger names had a history of field failures
and large numbers of repair issue on their fields. DOC's 25 year track record for quality and patented FIELDLOCK®

The Langley School - Mclean, VA
The Langley school awared DOC the design build for their new artificial
turf multi-sport field. The school is looking to use the field for soccer, lacross and baseball. DOC designed a custom bump out for baseball that fits back between
the home and visitor bleachers. This allows the baseball to be played from the center of the soccer field playing out to the
far corners. In addition to the sports on the field DOC also installed irrigation, electrial outlets and fencing around the
new field. Once the
field was installed it was treated with antimicrobial treatment. The Turf Stat Pro will was part of the original contract
and was the finishing touches for the school. Special care was given the areas outside of the field while not part of the contract to build the
field. DOC redesigned the areas around the field to prevent water and debris from running out onto the field as with
many fields when the artificial is the focus. This will prevent drain issue in later years as the debris chokes off the
infill material. The
field is complete and ready for play and the project was delivered on time as per the contract, not a day late.

CHAMPIONS FIELD HOUSE a new indoor sports complex in Rockville
MD has selected DOC as its sports field partner to build their sports flooring. DOC will install two indoor Soccer/Lacrosse
fields and 2 DOCCourt high performance sports flooring, with basketball and volleyball courts. - 2 Soccer/Lacrosse Field
- 2 DOCCourt sports flooring (basketball & volleyball)
- 2 Batting Cage system
- Excercise and
training rooms
DOC will also be installing
the netting and padding systems for the complex, providing a complete sports surface installation. CHAMPION FIELD HOUSE is

Coating treats the first local high school with TurfAide. Bishop Ireton in Alexandria, VA recieves the antimicrobial
treatments just days after the Washington Redskins treated their pratice field and facilities. DOC Turf was certified as the applicator for Sports Coating for the MD, DC, VA, PA, DE & NJ region,

July 2006 July 26th 2007 Symposium on Synthetic Turf at American University
The Symposium
on Synthetic Turf was a hit and drew a packed house of attendees. The event was put on by the Chesapeake Chapter of STMA (www.ccstma.org),
Maryland Parks & Rec.
Guest speakers were from Dedicated Operational Contracting, LLC. and Jeffery L. Bruce
& Company (www.jlbruce.com).
This symposium was designed to inform and educate owners and end-users on the
process of writing specifications, selecting vendors, evaluating products, construction and maintenance of fields and warranties
issues.
The show as a great success - Trish Heffelfinger the Executive Director of the Maryland SoccerPlex said
"I thought the Symposium was the best, most practical, education on synthetic..."

October 2006 Mondo USA awards DOC Turf Installation their first full size football field in the U.S. Mondo sent in inspectors
from Italy to evaluate the first DOC installed field and seem to be please with the quality of the work. "It is really an honor to work
with Mondo on their first two fields in the U.S. We were extremely excited and a bit nervous because of the towering
expectations for quality that Mondo is known for with its sports surfaces. Recieving validation for the quality
of our work from a company like Mondo makes all the hard work worth the effort." DOC's CEO Graham E. Hayes
II DOC Turf Installation will
now do their show case football field in Midland Texas, utilizing another Mondo patented infill system called Ecofill.

September 2006The Maryland Soccer Foundation (MSF) awards Dedicated Operational
Contracting, LLC the design-build contract for renovations at the South Germantown Soccer Plex. MSF plans to expand the
park out to around 24 fields over the next several years. (www.mdsoccerplex.org)
The project is estimated to cost around $3.1 million dollars. DOC will design and build 3 new fields with stadium lighting, a natural grass baseball field and two parking lots
under the contract. The project is being valued engineered by DOC to deliver the maximum renovations with the budgeted resources
of a non-profit organization. The DOC design
will include the Thiolon XPS fiber being used at all levels of play including professional sports teams. This yarn has shown
through testing to be one of the most durable products on the market and manufactured by the most recognized name in Yarn
manufacturing worldwide. Thiolon TTC (see link under Turf Systems) "A design-build concept from our team is performance driven and not brand name driven.
Knowing the entire process of how these fields are made removes the need to relay on purchasing a brand name design to
deliver a quality field. We have created a performance specification based on industry leading components used by most of
the brands, to deliver a very durable long lasting sports surface for our client. We will allow the major turf companies
to submit proposals to build this system or offer an equal system of their design. Any turf provider offering a replacement system must show the
test data to support their system lasting longer than what we have designed. To date we have had no turf providers present
a system to out last what we have designed for our client's budget. A performance driven design is the best way
to purchase these systems because once its in the ground, the performance is more important than the brand name."
DOC's CEO Graham E. Hayes II DOC Turf Installation has been working on the two indoor fields for MSF for many years
keeping them playable after the turf company that sold the fields to MSF went out of business. DOC Turf Installation will
carry a 10 year workmanship warranty on the work performed for MSF on this project, setting a new standard for workmanship
warranties in the industry. Keys to DOC's ability
to guarantee the work: All main seams
will be sewn & glued creating some of the strongest seams offered anywhere on these fields. The inlaid lines will be glued and then the corners and edges
will be mechanically fastened. (DOC has applied for a US patent on a proprietary technique they developed for mechanically
fastening the inlays) DOC has designed
and secured an 10 year warranty on the drain system under the field, to match the warranty of the turf. MSF will have
close to 90% of the investment into the field under warranty instead of the traditional warranty only covering the carpet
by most of turf providers.
