The senior management team collectively has over 40 years of
experience in the construction and management of synthetic turf sports fields, running tracks and drainage systems. We hired
some of the most experienced people in the industry at performing the work and formed our management team with people of action.
The experience of our management team dates back in the 1970's and has moved through all the big names in the
industry SuperTurf, Balsam, AstroTurf, SRI and more. We have been installing, repairing and performing maintenance on these
fields longer than 99% of new turf companies in the market today.

Collectively our management team has over 1000 synthetic turf installations, 500+ running tracks and
over 350 sub-base surfaces installed. This is actual experience, hands on not just numbers being provided for projects done
under a company name.
Our President has personally installed over 350 fields; no other CEO or President of a turf

actually train and develop our installers in the field, there is no class room setting that can duplicate 110 degrees down
on the field.
